DISTINCTIVE FEATURES OF RUSSIAN CIVILIZATION

This article is devoted to the analysis of the functioning of modern Russian state and legal systems considered in the civilization context. At present, Russian civilization faces numerous economic, geopolitical, ideological, information and other challenges that threaten its very existence, which is not disputed by anyone. However, in both politics and science, there is a lack of consensus on the nature of the responses to these challenges, much less on the direction of development of Russian society, the State and law, both in the foreseeable and long term, without which further progressive development of the country is impossible.
